Today I produced homemade pizza dough and sauce, and assembled them into a lovely pizza tonight. Tomato sauce and mozzarella and feta and dribblings of pesto on all of it. Then one half got some pepperoni, while the other got spinach and a bit of crumbled italian sausage.
The pizza was wonderful, but the highlight is definitely the sauce. Who would have guessed that such a (relatively) small amount of balsamic vinegar would make such a fabulous difference in pizza sauce? Mmm, full belly.
Oh yeah, and I read and did all the homework in chapter 1 of the Chemistry text, have read chapter 2, and have started on that homework. Tomorrow I need to make flash cards for some of the common polyatomic ions that I have to memorize by Sunday afternoon.
Sounds delish
and very happy birthday to you!
Happy natal anniversary to you. 🙂
Pizza…yummy. Homemade pizza…even yummier. Mmmmmm.
