{"id":1079,"date":"2010-05-12T07:59:00","date_gmt":"2010-05-12T13:59:00","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.laughingmonkey.org\/?p=1079"},"modified":"2010-05-12T07:59:00","modified_gmt":"2010-05-12T13:59:00","slug":"the-inflatability-of-the-pope","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/laughingmonkey.org\/?p=1079","title":{"rendered":"The Inflatability of the Pope!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>I was talking to one of the girls and she shared with me a joke one of her friends made, about how the Catholic church might deflect some of the current criticism if they would only reframe their stance on a significant issue; instead of focusing on the infallibility of the pope, they should focus on the infelatability of the pope.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, I completely misunderstood her and thought she said &#8220;the inflatability of the pope&#8221;. And frankly, I think that&#8217;s a far better idea!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/picasaweb.google.com\/lh\/photo\/nAWycWMXtA9fdNjBpdYyIQ?feat=embedwebsite\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/lh4.ggpht.com\/_4WfajfRCVok\/S-rBedqIRdI\/AAAAAAAACEY\/oPyRJpf9tr4\/s400\/inflatable%20church.jpg\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Think about it; wouldn&#8217;t you be charmed by any church that had a giant inflatable cartoon pope set up in the yard? On maybe an inflatable Jesus?
